Megan Perdue, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of clinical experience, including years working in hospital and medical settings with adults and families navigating grief and loss, serious illness, caregiving, trauma, and significant life changes. This work has shaped my belief in the importance of having a steady and compassionate place to feel supported in what you are facing while also making space to understand and process your experience more deeply.
My approach is collaborative, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed. I seek to understand each person within the context of their experiences and relationships, while also paying attention to thoughts, emotions, and the ways our bodies respond to what we are going through. Together, we can address what feels difficult now, deepen your understanding of what may be shaping your experience, and work toward meaningful change, connection, and hope.
